WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver throughout Cambridge and the UK. Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Scilly Isles.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Local delivery is available for most [Cambridge] addresses. Local deliveries are 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.
For nationwide addresses, we deliver 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday.
TIMINGS FOR DELIVERIES
For all deliveries: Any orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed from 2pm on Friday until Sunday 11.59pm will be dispatched the following Monday.
For local deliveries: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or specify a time slot. If no one is home to receive the item, a delivery note will be left to specify whether the item was left with a neighbour or in a safe place on the property. We do not offer tracking for these deliveries as our drivers generally have a long list of deliveries (and traffic) to contend with.
For nationwide deliveries: For addresses further afield, we deliver Tuesday - Saturday. We use our trusted couriers to deliver nationwide orders. They will typically make their deliveries before 12pm, and tracking information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT NOW, BUT CHOOSE MY OWN DELIVERY DATE?
Yes! Please leave a note to us in the comments section on check out, detailing the date you'd like the gift to be delivered and we'll work out the best day to dispatch.
We sadly cannot guarantee that it will arrive on the specific date due to potential courier delays but we will do everything we can at our end to ensure it gets to your loved one when you want it to. Alternatively, we can dispatch the gift in advance of the specific date but we can place a label on the delivery box saying that it is not to be opened until the specific date! Just let us know your preference on check-out.
DO YOU PUT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICING INFORMATION IN THE PARCEL?
No, we don't put any prices or cost information into the parcel, unless including a receipt is specifically requested. If you need a receipt for personal or expenses purposes, just send us an email to email@example.com and we'll email you a receipt for your purchase.
WHY CAN'T I ORDER A CERTAIN ITEM?
Some of our items are not available for nationwide delivery due to their delicate nature, size or the packaging that would be required.

Please get in contact with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order and the delivery address and we will get in touch with you to book this in. It's also really helpful for us if you have any screenshots of the issue so that we can make sure it doesn't happen again!
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET...
We will aim to deliver your order between 10am - 7pm on Monday - Saturday to local postcodes but unfortunately cannot guarantee or specify a delivery time slot.
For deliveries on our nationwide service, your order will arrive between 8am - 7pm. You should receive tracking information, but if not please email: kate @foxglovesandfolly.com with your order number.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We pride ourselves on delivering the most beautiful items and offering excellent customer service. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please get in contact with us via email: email@example.com, stating your order number and including a few pictures of the product you have received.
Depending on the situation, we may either offer to send out a new item or a partial / full refund.
EDITING AND AMENDING YOUR ORDER...
Wrong delivery address? Need to edit the gift message? Selected the wrong delivery date? No problem, just email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know what you would like to edit or amend on your order.

DRIED FLOWER CARE GUIDE
Dried flowers are a great option if you want an arrangement that will last. Treated right, they will last you for years to come.
Keep them in a spot that is out of direct sunlight and has relatively low humidity. A bit of airflow is good, but nothing too draughty as they are delicate and don't like to be blown about too much.
Dust regularly with a soft feather duster (but be gentle), and you can spritz lightly with hair spray to limit any dropping or shedding.
As a natural item, even dried flowers will inevitably fade and change in appearance over the years, it's just mother nature doing her thing, they will till be gorgeous!
